Laser Engraving

We are proud to announce the ability to have flanges laser engraved by our Tykma Fiber Laser. The possibilities are endless with this machine, as we have the ability to engrave down to microns of an inch. Details this fine would take a magnifying glass to see, just to give you an idea. We offer some standard engraving designs, custom lettering and also completely custom vector and photo engraving.

Custom Standard Text Engraving

Available on all custom order pen holders. Setup charge of $15.00 for text or numerals only. Engraving Price is $5.00 per word. Below is a small sampling of fonts offered. We can use any True Type Font file you prefer. 

Custom Image or Design Engraving

We have the ability to engrave any design, logo or even your own calligraphy onto the flange of the pen or any metal or plastic surface. Prices will vary based upon amount of work involved. To minimize costs and wait time, it is encouraged that you do the vector work yourself.  Below you will find instructions on submitting the artwork to us in vector format as well as a template you may use which shows the engrave-able areas of nib flanges.

Lastly we do have the ability to do photo engraving of bitmap images. This is a completely different process and simply email us to discuss as the process varies quite a bit. Also please consider sizing when designing. Our machine has the ability to do text so small that it requires a magnifying glass to read. Please consider scale when designing. Our flange dimensions are 2" x 1/2".
