Long story short, these were not washed well by the manufacturer after they were made. As a result they are slightly tacky feeling. I took one and washed it well in hot water and Dawn dish soap and the stickiness was gone. These are discounted due to this issue and they are SOLD AS-IS AND ARE NON REFUNDABLE. A tiny bit of work and these should be completely useable.
